Can I subscribe if my website was not created by Codinflo?
Yes, absolutely! We carry out an initial technical diagnosis of your existing site (WordPress, custom code, static HTML, etc.) to verify its stability and security before taking over responsibility.
Is there a long-term commitment?
The Freedom Plan (€29/month Net) is 100% commitment-free and can be canceled anytime on a monthly basis. Plans including hosting and domain management (Pro Serenity at €39/month Net and Pro Evolution at €89/month Net) have a 1-year commitment (12 months) to amortize server provisioning and annual domain registration costs.
How do website modification hours work?
The Pro Evolution plan includes 14 hours of site modifications per year. If you have occasional tasks on any other plan, you can book extra maintenance hours a la carte at the preferential rate of €40 Net / hour.
What happens if my site gets hacked or shows a blank screen?
We intervene as an immediate priority to restore the latest healthy backup, purge any injected malware, patch the flaw and re-secure your access credentials.
